ENTRY INTO TOURNAMENT	Players must submit their entry by using the On-Line Entry Form, complete the On-Line Player Resume, Indicate the number of additional dinner tickets desired (player's dinner is included in entry), and make payment by using a MasterCard or Visa CREDIT CARD. Funds must be payable in US Dollars. All entries will be placed on the waiting list until approved by the Tournament Committee.The credit card will not be charged until the player has been approved.
OFFICIAL HOTEL	The PGA National Resort & Spa is the official hotel for the tournament. The room rate for tournament participants is $129.00 per night, plus Tax. Resort fee is included in the above rate.
PRACTICE ROUNDS	The only day for an official tournament practice round is Thursday, Nov. 26th.. Contact the Golf Shop for rate and tee time. 561-627-1804 Participants staying at the hotel and arriving early will pay the hotel golf rate in effect on the day of play.
