Players must submit their entry by using the On-Line Entry Form, complete the On-Line Player Resume, Indicate the number of additional dinner tickets desired (player's dinner is included in entry), and make payment by using a MasterCard or Visa CREDIT CARD. Funds must be payable in US Dollars. All entries will be placed on the waiting list until approved by the Tournament Committee.The credit card will not be charged until the player has been approved. |
